Careful, intelligent investment has enabled it to become one of the largest logistics property providers in the CEE and in the top 5 across Europe (with over 3 million m2 of standing assets in nine countries). It has a land bank in the CEE ready for the development of a further 1.3 million m2 of logistics space and is considering further acquisitions in order to be able to meet customer requirements for Build-to-Suit projects in locations from Bucharest to Madrid. In addition to this significant growth, P3 is championing the use of energy saving and other sustainable building innovations that deliver both lower operational costs to customers and reduce environmental impact. It is also constantly working to reduce build times and costs, while maintaining the highest quality. P3 developed over 96 000 m2 in CEE in last year.
