Short information about Developer/Investor: Echo Investment is among the largest investment and development companies with Polish capital in Europe. The company realises investments in four key sectors of the real estate market: housing, shopping and shopping centres, office buildings and hotels. The company has already completed over 90 projects in several Polish cities, with a total area of app. 800,000 sqm. The company also manages investments in Romania, Hungary and Ukraine.
Brief information about the project: Outlet Park Szczecin is being developed in Szczecin’s Prawobrzeże district. The commercialisation of the facility is nearing the end; 95 pct of its area has already been leased. Negotiations concerning a few remaining vacant outlets are pending. The facility will include shops of brands such as: Nike, Puma, Reebok, Adidas, Reserved, Bytom, Kari, Lee Wrangler, Wittchen, Kazar, Vero Moda, Jack Jones, Via Roma, Cross Jeans, Atlantic, Lavard, Ecco, Big Star, 4F, Ochnik, Mc Arthur, Hot Oil, Wójcik, Lancerto, Gabor, Puere, Milano Shoes, VIP Collection, Willsoor, Lee Cooper, Cropp, House and Coccodrillo. The commercialisation is being carried out in cooperation with CBRE. The first outlet centre in the West Pomeranian region is to start its operations on 7th November 2012.
