Brief information about architectural studio:

The studio creates all kinds of deisgns: multi-family housing, public and office buildings and interiors. A team of ten architects who are young at heart and engaged in every aspect of the design process.

Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view: Apart from the typical guidelines that were given, such as full usage of the office space, the investor expected a remarkable architectural creation to fit in with the existing tree layout. Due to the L-shaped plot, the building is also of this shape, with two wings varying in height, joined by a glazed patio set among the trees, so the tenants look out on the natural green areas (some conference halls were designed to create the illusion of being suspended amid the greenery). Opera Office was inspired by Zaha Hadid’s work and the Oslo Opera building. Opera Office embodies the spirit of public buildings, but not that of corporative offices: the white on the façade is unusual for this type of building, as well as the long, illuminated lines motif in the interiors and in the land development too. Thanks to this design, a coherent and minimalist building has been constructed according to the principle “less is more”.
