Short information about the Project: Olivia Six provides an office floor area of more than 17,000 square metres and is thus the biggest and tallest of OBC's office buildings. Olivia Six is one of the most environmentally friendly buildings in Poland. The building already fulfils EU norms of 2021. Olivia Six is currently undergoing BREEAM certification and strives to obtain an EXCELLENT grade. Olivia Six's facade is built in a triple-glazed system and "is alive" 24 hours a day thanks to illuminated elements. The lobby is an area which is accessible for everyone and where all visitors may relax in an atmosphere characteristic for Olivia Six. The interior of the main hall was constructed in the form of a "big chessboard", which distinguishes this building from other office projects. The glazed facade with blue LED nightime illuminations gives the building a modern appearance, thus making Olivia Six one of the most attractive offices in Tricity.
