Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view:

Olivia Business Centre located in the heart of the Gdańsk Metropolitan Area is the largest business and office centre in northern Poland. OBC will be developed over several stages, with a target total floor area of 120,000 sqm of modern class ‘AA’ offices. Olivia Point & Tower – the second and the third stage of OBC – together with the first stage, Olivia Gate (completed in November 2011), surround the inner courtyard with fountains, greenery and benches. The ground floor of each building provides space for services and amenities such as a café, a canteen, a bank and a kindergarten. The materials used for the façade of Olivia Point & Tower are the highest quality glass and sandstone. The second and third stage of Olivia Business Centre is perfectly integrated with the architectural style of the first stage, which creates an outstanding impression. The fact that all the stages of OBC will be connected with each other and that several thousand people work there makes it into a living organism in the tissue of the city.
