Brief information about the Project:

Olivia Business Centre, located in the heart of the TriCity, is the largest business and office centre in Northern Poland. OBC is being developed over several stages, with a target total floor area of 120,000 sqm. Olivia Point & Tower are the second and the third stages of OBC. Olivia Point is a seven-storey class ‘AA’ office building with 9,600 sqm of leasable space. Olivia Tower is a twelve-storey class ‘AA’ office building offering 14,200 sqm of leasable space. An underground car park will offer 293 parking spaces, while the buildings will be interconnected from the ground floor to the fifth floor. The expected construction completion date is December 2012. Both buildings are BREEAM pre-certified.
