Short information about the project:	Logicor, a leading owner and operator of modern logistics facilities across Europe, delivered a warehouse extension for Faurecia, the Euronext-listed automotive interior components manufacturer. A 17,300 sqm manufacturing and warehouse building in Logicor’s Gorzów logistics park, Poland, has been enlarged by 12,820 sqm to create a single building of 30,120 sqm. As well as the building extension, road and transport infrastructure on the site has also been improved. In only four months period Logicor delivered an efficient solution that increased Faurecia’s existing production facility by 70%. The expanded building also kept the customer in a strategically important location and minimized disruption to their supply chain. The expanded facility is also forecast to create 400 jobs by the end of 2017.
