In 2013, Neinver has completed two investments with crucial impact on the development of the commercial centres market in Poland: Factory Warsaw Annopol (March) and Galeria Katowicka (September). Galeria Katowicka is one of the best located shopping mall in Poland, in the very heart of Silesia agglomeration. The shopping mall is integrated with: railway station, bus station, car park and tram stop at the front of the main entrance. The tenant mix strategy assumed that Galeria Katowicka would be a popular place, that is attractive to all customer groups (53,000 sqm of GLA, 250 stores). FACTORY Warszawa Annopol is the largest outlet centre in the capital city. Almost 20,000 sqm of GLA contains the offer of top brands from Poland and other countries at prices always lower by 30% to 70% (100 stores). FACTORY Warsaw Annopol has been granted the BREEAM FINAL CERTIFICATE which is an ultimate and full confirmation that the building meets all green standards for construction. |
