Short information about the project:	The objective of Mokotowska 40 project was to restore the splendor of Abram Truskier’s tenement house built around 1895 and to further develop the building by adding two floors on top of the historical building. Originally Mokotowska 40 had one of the most interesting eclectic facades on Mokotowska street -the most prestigious street in Warsaw, historically called ‘the Paris of Warsaw’. The façade was fully destroyed after 1945; all of the ornaments were removed from the façade. Based on archive pictures IPECO fully reconstructed the original façade. Additionally the infrastructure of the building had been upgraded, a glass elevator had been built on the courtyard, and all of the historical elements within the building (staircases, gateway) had been preserved and renovated. The new living space created on top of the existing building comprised of four penthouses ranging in size from 110 m² to 180m² , each with a spacious terrace with a breathtaking view on Warsaw.
