Portfolio:	In our portfolio we have all available class A office building in main cities in Poland such as i.e. Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań, Kraków, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Szczecin. In this year finish commercialization for exclusivity complex of office buildings class A - Piastów Office Center in Szczecin(Breeam cetrification) which has 21.000 sq.m. We are also facility manegement of Piastów Office Center.
Space leased in 2014 (GLA):	about 11.000 sq.m.
The biggest transactions in 2014:	Macrobond Financial-500 sq.m. in Szczecin,REC-850 sq.m. in Szczecin(IIphases),GeomarS.A.-about 800 sq.m.in Szczecin, Arvato Bertelsmann (400sq.m. in Szczecin and in 2013year - 2.000sq.m. in Szczecin)=2.400sq.m, ING Usługi Finansowe S.A. (about 400 sq.m. in Poznań and in Łódź), new company agree lease agreemant for 2.500 sq.m.-signing of lease agreemant is agree on the beginning of December2014.

In 2014 our key clients was: Arvato Bertelsmann (400sq.m. in Szczecin and in 2013year - 2.000sq.m. in Szczecin), Macrobond Financial (about 500 sq.m. in Szczecom), ING Usługi Finansowe (about 400 sq.m. in Poznań and 400sq.m. in Łódź). In this year we finished commercialization for exclusivity complex of office buildings class A - Piastów Office Center in Szczecin(Breeam cetrification) which has 21.000 sq.m.(since August 2012 - 15.000 sq.m. was leased) Now we sign for exlusivity new complex of office builidng class A which will have 45.000 office space. We will start official commercialization of this project from January 2015.
