Plac Unii City Shopping, delivered in October 2013, is a 15,500 sqm three-level shopping centre. It is located in the centre of Warsaw, at an important transit point and was designed by the renowned studio APA Kuryłowicz & Associates and Prof. Stefan Kuryłowicz. It houses designer stores, restaurants and cafes and had boasted of a 96% lease even before the opening. In 2012 it was awarded BREEAM certificate with a “Very Good” rating. Plac Unii City Shopping is a part of the Plac Unii office-retail complex, which offers a total rental area of 56,800 sqm. FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centre Moscow is the fifth one developed in CEE & Russia under the FASHION HOUSE brand, as well as the first fully-enclosed and professionally managed facility of this type in Russia. Opened in June 2013, it has a total GLA of 28,640 sqm and was awarded BREEAM Interim certificate. FASHION HOUSE Outlet Centres in St Petersburg (20,260 sqm GLA) is currently under construction. |
