Our Real Estate Group has been involved in a number of transactions in Poland including buyer side assistance regarding a large CEE warehouse group (P3) and assistance with the stock exchange listing of a large warehouse group (MLP). Additionally, KPMG won the external audit mandate of the Orco Property Group, which is listed on the Prague and Warsaw Stock Exchange. Our Real Estate group is devoted to assisting our clients in improving their bottom line through such services as the recovery of overpaid taxes and assisting in structuring property transactions in the most tax-efficient manner. |
