||The Knight Frank Commercial Agency team, despite still very much being in a development phase, is already a resounding success story, but this year’s results have exceeded even our most optimistic expectations. To the solid base provided by the Landlord team, the newly established Tenant-Rep team have added another dimension to the department. The hard work put in by both teams is reflected in the fantastic figures. Year on year, the number of agreements signed has increased by 20%, from 89 last year to 107 and counting this year, whilst the amount of space leased jointly by the teams has increased hugely, from 52,000 sqm in the same period a year ago, up to 96,000 sqm this year, an impressive 85% increase.
