Short description of the company and team:	Jones Lang LaSalle has a team of 25 capital markets professionals based in the CEE region, including specialised a retail investment team of five and a corporate finance team of four persons.
Why the team should be considered for the award:	JLL team has transacted properties worth EUR 585 mln in the CEE region to date in 2012, out of a total agents deals volume of EUR 875 mln (67 pct), including the sale of Prologis’ portfolio in Poland to Hines (app. EUR 120 mln), the sale of City Business Center (Timişoara, Romania) to NEPI (app. EUR 80 mln), the forward sale of the Mazowiecka and Małachowskiego office developments for Hochtief Development, the sale of buildings ‘3’ and ‘4’ in Arkońska Business Park (Gdańsk) and the sale of Twarda Tower (Warsaw) to Europa Capital. The team has closed on a number of transactions awaiting final closing in 2012, with notarial deeds signed (and a total value above EUR 1.1 bln). These deals include Manufaktura (Łódź), Warsaw Financial Center, Platinium Business Park, IBC ‘1’ and ‘2’, Marynarska Business Park (all in Warsaw) and a JV for Tarnovia and Jelenia Gora shopping centres.
