JLL P&DS portfolio of green professional consulting services includes: energy and sustainability services, LEED® and BREEAM gap assessments, LEED® certification and consulting (New Construction, Core&Shell, Commercial Interiors, BREEAM In - Use and LEED EB:OM certification of existing buildings and consulting), environmental design reviews, green building product recommendations, life cycle cost analysis, sustainability strategy, energy assessments, HVAC commissioning and utility rate analysis.

Please say why you should be considered for the award:	JLL was one of the first in Poland to provide green professional consulting services. Its most significant achievement is managing process of LEED certification of Zebra Tower (19,000 sqm, 2011), the first newly constructed office building certificated in LEED and first LEED Core&Shell certification in Poland. JLL is completing certification of Concept Tower; both LEED C&S and BREEAM at the same time (it will be the first building in Poland with a double certification). Concept Tower has achieved a BREEAM Interim cert. and is in the BREEAM Post – Construction certification process, and in the Final Review Stage for LEED C&S. JLL offers BREEAM In-Use and LEED EB:OM Pre-Assessments for existing buildings, to estimate possible score and certification level (unique service in the market).
