The main lease and sale agreements included (in sqm): Schenker (Teresin, 25,500), Valeo (Mysłowice, 9,000) and Royal Cain (Kraków, 4,000). And (in ha): OSI (Ostróda, 11.5), FSB Piekarnie (Strzegom, 3), Goodman (Poznań, 10.5) and Prologis (Września, 35 ha). The industrial team also cooperated with such clients as IBM, Solid, Marcato and LGI. The team has created the biggest data base of the modern industrial buildings. The web portal warehousefinder.pl offers up to date market data and helps clients in the search for the best warehouse space according to their specific requirements.
