The biggest transactions in 2014:	JLL secured 9354 sqm for LPP (Galeria Wilanów, Galeria Północna); 2500 sqm for H&M (Galeria Wilanów); 1500 sqm for Sports Direct (Supersam Katowice); 1500 sqm for Pure (Forum Radunia); 1100 sqm for Martes Sport (Forum Gliwice); 1900 sqm in 3 locations for Rossmann. JLL experience with luxury and premium brands resulted in the openings in Klif Warsaw and Klif Gdynia of Michael Kors, Luisa Spagnoli, La Mania or the first store of Twin Set in Poland. JLL delivered 22 consultancy reports to clients.

Tenant representation team advises and represents retailers on market entry and expansion in Poland, including: Debenhams, Toys R Us, LC Waikiki or Hollister.
