Established in 1993, the company specialises in residential communities, office and hotel buildings, and retail and service facilities. It has developed communities in Warsaw, Poznań, Katowice, Gdynia and other domestic and foreign cities.
Why the company should be considered for the award:	J.W. Construction Holding is the largest Polish developer listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. It has either completed or has ongoing domestic projects in Warsaw, Katowice, Gdynia and Poznań, as well as ones completed abroad. Established in 1993, the company is a leader in the Warsaw residential real estate market. J.W. Construction throughout its existence has been awarded many prizes, including QI order (high quality management), Laur Konsumenta, Top Marka 2011 and the Polski Herkules 2011. It was also the winner of the Eurobuild CEE ranking of the largest developers in Central and Eastern Europe. Being the general contractor for the majority of its own projects, its portfolio also comprises commercial and luxury segments, including the Hotels 500 chain, the Czarny Potok Resort & Spa, as well as the Hanza Tower in Szczecin and Jerozolimskie Point in Warsaw office buildings.
