Panattoni–advising on the sale of 2 portfolios of logistics assets located in Poland to affiliates of LogiCor (The Blackstone Group L.P.)
Participation in property sales and acquisitions:	GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH-advising (cooperating with our office in Hungary) on the sale of 3 office buildings: Liberty Corner and Griffin Park (Poland) and Roosevelt office building (Hungary). Ghelamco Poland–advising on the sale of the Senator Office building to Union Investment.
Participation in development projects:	Panattoni-advising on the development agreement and lease agreement concluded with Castorama in relation to the biggest construction project in the Polish market in 2012-central warehouse in Stryków;advising on the lease agreement and development contract concluded with Polaris Industries Inc.
