Participation in property sales and acquisitions between November 2014 and October 2015:	Advising: (i) GE on Polish aspects of the sale of global real estate equity and debt portfolio (the largest sector deal (US$23 bln) since 2007), (ii) Rockcastle Global Real Estate on the acquisition of 2 complex shopping centers: Pogoria in Dąbrowa Górnicza/Karolinka in Opole, (iii) Union Investment Real Estate on the acquisition of the Riviera shopping mall - Gdynia, (iv) Invesco Real Estate on the acquisition of Plac Unii, (v) RREEF Management on the acquisition of the “Metropolitan” in Warsaw
Participation in development projects between November 2014 and October 2015:	advising Panattoni Europe on: (i) the several transactions with one investor regarding construction and lease of several modern multi-tenants warehouse buildings located, among others, in Poznań Koninko, Sosnowiec, Bielsko-Biała and Rzeszów of approximate aggregate area of 110,000 sq.m., (ii) the transaction with PZU regarding construction and lease of four modern multi-tenants warehouse buildings located in Stryków of approximate aggregate area of 95,000 sq.m.
