HOCHTIEF Facility Management Polska is a fully owned subsidiary of HOCHTIEF Solutions and a leading vendor of facility management solutions in Poland. With over 300 employees, the company provides technical, infrastructural, commercial facility management and facility management consulting at more than 200 properties all over Poland. The unique character of our services consists in a comprehensive approach to real estate and processes involved in its operation. We are a company that promotes active measures aimed at supporting environmental protection. We employ people who are members of such organizations as the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). We are fully prepared to support and advise clients on the topic and in the process of obtaining "green certificates". Our actions taken up to date and support in the certification process resulted in Rondo 1 being awarded LEED Gold certification in 2011. We have a waste disposal programme approved by the Marshal of Mazovian Voivodeship, which is valid all over Poland.
