Short information about the Project:	Green Towers is a modern class ‘A’ office complex designed and built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. The scheme is the first building in Poland to receive LEED for Core and Shell certificate with a ‘Platinum’ rating. The complex has been 95 pct leased before the completion of construction. Its tenants include Ernst & Young, Allegro Group, Dolby, Medicover Group, BD and Talex. Green Towers is located on ul. Strzegomska, next to one of Wrocław’s main transportation routes – ul. Legnicka. The proximity to the Old Town, the city’s main railway station and Wrocław Airport, as well as easy access to public transport, are additional assets of the project.
