Brief information about the Project:	Green Office is a complex of three class ‘A’ buildings with a small-scale character and leasable space of 21,300 sqm. The development is located in the southern part of Kraków and adjoins a Special Economic Zone in which the scientific research potential of the Jagiellonian University and the innovation/development capabilities of independent businesses are concentrated. Offices represent the overwhelming majority of the buildings’ space. The modular space layout allows the custom arrangement of open space offices, as well as partitioning conference rooms and restaurants depending on the tenants’ needs. The central patios of buildings ‘B’ and ‘C’ maximise the natural daylight to the offices on the floors.
