Please say why your company should be considered for this award:	GTC strive to apply eco-friendly and green design solutions to all of its buildings, therefore, its new retail projects (Galeria Wilanów, Galeria Białołeka, Ada Mall) are designed and constructed in accordance with strict standards of LEED® Gold certificate. Newly re-launched Pascal office building in Cracow will be built to the highest standards of eco-friendly and green design. Pascal is 4th building of Korona Complex–GTC’s flagship project in Cracow. Furthermore, GTC recently sold Platinium Business Park V, was awarded with (including LEED® Gold for Core and Shell certificate). In 2012 three buildings developed by GTC: Corius, Platinum Business Park V and Galleria Burgas received the prestigious LEED® Gold certification for Core and Shell. The latter building is the first sustainable shopping centre in Bulgaria with LEED certificate. Additionally, Francuska Office Centre and University Business Park are certified with EU GreenBuilding certificate.
