Short description of the company and team:	GTC Group is a leading real estate developer in CEE and SEE. GTC was established in 1994 and has developed 55 commercial buildings and 6 residential projects, which gives 1.4 million sq m of space.
Please say why your company should be considered for the award:	In 2013, GTC has successfully relaunched construction of Pascal Office Building in Cracow. Pascal is 4th building of Korona Complex – GTC’s flagship project in Cracow. The building offers 5,500 square meters of modern office space located on seven floors, additionally Pascal will be built to the highest standards of eco-friendly and green design. Moreover, GTC has signed a lease agreement with IBM BTO Business Consulting Services which will lease more than 1,700 square meters of office space in Pascal building. Due to Pascal’s excellent location and modern technical solutions such as diverse and independent electrical connections, Building Management System, excellent car park ratios number of international companies are interested in the office space at this particular GTC project.
