In 2012 Ghelamco has leased over 55,000 sqm – at present this is the best score on the Polish real estate market and also a record result in the company’s history. Also in 2012, Ghelamco signed the largest lease agreement on the Polish real estate market: Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa leased 27,000 sqm in the Marynarska 12 office building. The complex will offer a total of 40,000 sqm of office space. PTC will move into the building in 2013. In 2011 Ghelamco leased 45,000 sqm, which was also the best score in the commercial real estate market in Poland. The company’s high capabilities have been widely recognised by the market. Among the company’s current tenants are PKN Orlen, T-Mobile, Rabobank Polska, Cargill, Medicover, Hyundai Motor Poland, PTU, Legg Mason, BRE Bank, Euronet and Oriflame.
