The new Galeria Echo, 100% leased, was the first commercial project in Central & Eastern in 2009 to receive a commercial loan after the start of the global credit crisis - at EUR 100 mln the largest that year in Poland – signaling to the international markets that Poland remained strongly in business, and is the only retail project in Poland nominated for an award at this year’s MAPIC Awards. After undergoing an extensive enlargement and transformation, the new Galeria Echo is the biggest retail centre in the region and one of the largest in Poland. 90 pct was leased half a year before its opening. Key tenants are: TK Maxx, Zara, H&M, C&A, New Yorker, Pure Fitness, Helios Cinema, Tesco, MK Bowling. Galeria Echo is the biggest workplace in the Swiętokrzyskie voivodship, employing approx. 3,000 people.
