FBSerwis S.A., established in 2012 as a joint venture between Ferrovial International and Budimex S.A., is part of Ferrovial International (Ferrovial Group), an international leader in delivering innovative solutions in the fields of energy efficiency, end-to-end facility management and whole-life asset management.
Through a detailed study of the needs of each client, FBSerwis acquires a deep knowledge of its clients’ assets and helps take steps focused on improving operational efficiency and promoting the integration of services at each facility. It also specializes in the implementation of optimal management model standards by analyzing best practices.
FBSerwis has successfully implemented an innovating IT tool throughout our whole customer portfolio and introduced a EU-funded pan European project TEDS4BEE, which led to 30% energy savings in buildings with zero customer investment thanks to a digital service and mechanisms for monitoring and forecasting energy consumption.
