Please say why your company should be considered for this award:	All the new office and retail projects of Echo Investment have or will have green certificates. For quite a long time Echo Investment has been consciously and consistently implementing its policy involving the use of eco-friendly solutions in its projects. As end-users of the areas, tenants evaluate project quality at various levels, just like investment funds. Green solutions are increasingly accentuated by tenants and users, that is why we take appropriate requirements into consideration as early as the design stage of a given facility. While preparing for the application of BREEAM standards we have established a specialist team which consists of certified assessors so as to compare the solutions we use with the certification requirements while BREEAM itself made it possible for us to carry out such an evaluation. In 2012 BREEAM Interim certificates were awarded to Park Rozwoju in Warsaw and Aquarius Business House, and this year – A4 Business Park in Katowice and Galeria Amber.
