Why the company should be considered for this award:	The modern Oxygen office building, which has been developed by Echo Investment in the centre of Szczecin, in August 2012, has obtained an ecological GreenBuilding certificate. GreenBuilidng certificates are the result of Echo Investment’s appropriate approach to the design and construction of office buildings. It is at the same time a confirmation of measurable benefits which clients who rent office space in our buildings can count on. As an experienced developer we attach great importance to the ecological and modern solutions that are applied in our projects. Oxygen is another office building developed by Echo Investment to have received a confirmation of its eco-friendliness. In February 2011, a GreenBuilding certificate was awarded to the Park Postępu office complex located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The same certificate was granted to the Astra Park office buildings in Kielce in December 2011. All new office projects of Echo Investment will have ecological certificates. While preparing for the application of BREEAM standards the company introduced a programme assuring a suitable conceptual preparation and established a team of specialists consisting of certified BREEAM assessors. Currently the BREEAM certificate process is being prepared in two other office projects: Aquarius Business House located in Wrocław and Park Rozwoju in Warsaw.
