In the CEE region in 2012, Centrál, Bratislava was completed, while malls at the planning stage or under construction include: one in Bydgoszcz, BahnhofCity in Vienna, Árkád Örs II, Budapest, Arkády Hradec Králové, Aura in Yaroslavl (leasing and management).
