The Domaniewska Office Hub is in the business heart of Mokotów, so it has excellent links with all parts of the city. Each floor can be used by one or more lessees. Floor space has been designed in such a way that it can be divided functionally into several independent offices. Horizontal pivoting windows fitted with internal blinds let in fresh air.With lessees’ maximum comfort in mind, we have designed air-conditioning with an air humidification function, a raised floor system enabling any cabling configuration, optical fibre vertical runs, an access control system and a building management system. Modern and environmentally friendly solutions used in this construction project received a BREEAM Very Good certificate and are currently in the process of “BREEAM Excelent” level certification.This project is characterised by an elegant and timelessly understated style – the building will not date and will definitely stand out fromits surroundings. |
