This transaction is the most unique achievement noted in the Warsaw office market in 2014. It proves the quality of our portfolios and forms a major step in restructuring our business towards new mandates. The process involved a truly global marketing campaign with meetings taking place in China, Malaysia, Canada and the Middle East. This was the first time a Polish asset had attracted such strong worldwide demand from direct investors across the globe. The scheme was developed by Hines and received “Very Good” rating in BREEAM sustainability certification system in 2013, organized by Cushman & Wakefield, the building’s property and asset manager since 2006. Metropolitan provides 38,000 sq m of leasable area (office: 33,560 sq m, retail: 3,655 sq m) arranged over seven floors grouped in three separate yet connected buildings.
