The biggest retail developments under commercialisation were Galeria Katowicka (53,000 sqm and 70 pct of gla leased) and Felicity Lublin (73,000 sqm and 73 pct of gla leased). Cushman & Wakefield won the instruction for exclusive commercialisation of Forum Radunia in Gdansk (54,000 sqm) on behalf of Multi Development, Gemini Park in Bielsko-Biała (16,000 sqm – extension) on behalf Gemini Holdings, and Europa Centralna (40,000 sqm of the retail park) on behalf of Helical Poland.
