The retail department was involved in 300 transactions in 2012 (January–October), when the total volume reached 75,000 sqm. The biggest retail developments under commercialisation were Galeria Katowicka (53,000 sqm and 70 pct of gla leased) and Felicity Lublin (73,000 sqm and 73 pct of gla leased). Cushman & Wakefield won the instruction for exclusive commercialisation of Forum Radunia in Gdansk (54,000 sqm) on behalf of Multi Development, Gemini Park in Bielsko-Biała (16,000 sqm – extension) on behalf Gemini Holdings, and Europa Centralna (40,000 sqm of the retail park) on behalf of Helical Poland.
