Why this team should be considered for the award:	In 2014 the industrial agency team from Cushman and Wakefield was very active not only in regards to executing new leasing projects for some of the world most renowned industrial occupiers but also advised on the acquisition of land for 2 developers in new locations which ultimately will be the first international developer-led parks in those cities, being Lublin (MLP) and Rzeszow (Panattoni). We've completed the full commercial underwriting of all assets which formed part of 2 major industrial portfolios acquired by Blackstone in 2014
