The most significant and prestigious were: Rhenus (lease of 13,800 sqm, warehouse space, Prologis Park Szczecin); five very prominent BTS projects: Delphi (22,000 sqm, Błonie), Nippon Sheet Glass (31,800 sqm, Euro-Park Wisłosan), Syncreon (11,000 sqm, Żary), Flexlink (11,000 sqm, Tulipan Park Poznan) and Röhlig (27,300 sqm, Prologis Park Janki); advising Leroy Merlin on renegotiating the lease of 56,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Stryków and renegotiating Sonoco’s lease (23,700 sqm) in Tulipan Park Stryków. PepsiCo has chosen Colliers to be the exclusive agent responsible for the sale/lease of their six Polish properties.
