Please say why you should be considered for the award:	We offer a boutique service, which aims to be an extension of the client’s organization, rather than provide a standard “off the shelf” service. The team has been strengthened by the addition of Jonathan Cohen, who joined as regional Head of Building Consultancy (based in Poland). Jonathan’s reputation and contribution allowed the business to kick-up a gear and was key to Colliers appointment on a number of key regional and Polish appointments. Jerzy Wójcik joined as Head of Green Advisory. Jerzy is LEED AP and BREEAM ASSESSOR and part-time lecturer at Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Waldemar Majewski joined in 2013 as Director of Technical Due Diligence and Cost Management. A valuer, member of RICS and CCIM, he brings with him almost 20 years experience in the business.
