Colliers retail agency has had successful year so far. From the beginning of 2012 till the end of September, we conducted near 60 lease transactions on app. 30,000 sqm. The most significant amongst them were: ten signed agreements with tenants in Europa Centralna (Gliwice), four signed agreements with tenants in City Point (Tychy), two new locations for Toys‘R’Us (Gdańsk and Poznań) and five new locations for Green Caffe Nero (Warsaw). The recent appointment of two well recognised retail experts Klaudia Woźniak, director, and Sean Briggs, managing director for the whole EE region, has helped the Colliers Retail team to go from strength to strength very quickly.
