Why this copmany should be considered for the award:	In 2014 to date we have handed over 5 office buildings and 2 logistic centers in the Immofinanz Polish portfolio, the Adgar Wave Offices (formerly Cirrus) on behalf of Adgar, Company House II and Bliski Centrum on behalf of Griffin Real Estate and Geleria Siedlce on behalf of Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Konstanty Strus. Despite this busy time, we continued looking at ways to improve our service platform with a focus on sustainability. To help tenants in the buildings we manage utilize their premises in a more sustainable way we created the Colliers Green Manual and Colliers Quarterly Green Newsletter. These provide simple, ecologically friendly tips on how to occupy office space. We also ensure our business partners use products and devices having the required environmental certifications, focus on reducing utility consumption and organize waste to minimize what is sent to landfills amongst other sustainability actions.
