In 2014 we were engaged in over 100 capital expenditure projects including shell and core, fit-outs, technical due diligence, bank monitoring, reinstatement valuations and budget advice. We delivered 12 LEED and BREEAM certifications including BNY Mellon offices, Horizon Plaza and Victoria Building.

In 2014 we have undertaken 33,000m2 office fit-outs, 4,600m2 retail fit-outs, 7 due diligence reports and 3 major refurbishment projects of entire office buildings.
