We have had uninterruptedly the biggest share in industrial market transactions throughout the last 6 years. In 2014 we conducted the biggest BTS transaction brokered by an agency in the Polish industrial market ever – leasing of 82,385 m2 for Intermarche in Goodman Poznań Logistic Center II related to selling Intermarche’s storage and office facilities of 45,500 m2 in Poznań. The overall transaction volume totalled 127,885 m2. Other significant and prestigious transactions include: Rhenus Contract Logistics (30,800 m2, CLIP), Hi Logistics (20,570 m2, Prologis Park Wrocław V), Coty (16,900 m2, Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała), HEBE Drugstores (15,300 m2, Logistic Park Pruszków). In total, in the last 12 months we have advised on 50 lease and sale transactions totalling around 550,000 m2.
