Why the team should be considered for the award:	The Colliers’ CEE Investment Services team has one of the region’s most enviable track records. Since the crisis, the team has been a market leader in executing both sell and buy-side mandates. In 2009, Colliers completed more deals, by volume and number, than any other agency practice. In 2010, the company was the only agency in the region to have advised on deals in the office sector in Bucharest, Budapest and Kyiv. In 2011, the company once again proved to be a market leader by closing more investment deals in the region than any other agency. 2012 is shaping up another record year – for instance, Colliers (jointly with JLL) arranged the sale of the Warsaw Financial Center, at a price in excess of EUR 200 mln, making it the largest single office transaction in the CEE region for the year.
