Please say why your team should be considered for the award:	Last year, CBRE claims, it would have not thought of entering itself for this award. Being the world’s leading real estate advisor, it felt that its presence on the Polish industrial market was not adequate. However, the CBRE industrial team has undergone significant changes over the past 12 months. Its new team has been achieved a market share increase from 4 pct to over 20 pct, with more than 100,000 sqm leased. The largest new transaction in 2012 was 45,000 sqm for DHL at Prologis Park Dabrowa, dropping the vacancy rate in Silesia from 8 to 3 pct! Its most sophisticated industrial project this year was the 30,000 sqm for Lear Automotive at Panattoni Park Legnica, creating app. 800 work places, while reanimating a deteriorating uncompleted building. It also assisted Kuehne+Nagel in various market tenders and won other key instructions.
