Please say why your company should be considered for the award:	The Capital Park Group’s portfolio is made up of 76 properties,including 7 office buildings,52 retail properties,4 mixed-use schemes and 13 other projects.It currently develops 3 projects with a total space of 117 354m2 - Rezydencje Pałacowa residential project that will provide 11 069m2 of space and office projects.These include Eurocentrum Office Complex with 69 578m2 of space. 51% of space provided in the 1st phase has already been leased,with tenants including Unilever,Imtech Polska,Tebodin,Qumak,CEPD Management,Randstad Polska.The other project is Royal Wilanów with 36 707m2 of space,counting Erbud among its tenants.Capital Park’s 3 key projects conducted in Warsaw -Eurocentrum,Royal Wilanów and ArtNorblin will hold LEED and BREEAM green certificates confirming their sustainability
