Warehouse projects under exclusive commercialization:	AXI IMMO provides professional services regarding exclusive commercialization and comprehensive property management in industrial sector. AXI IMMO is responsible for commercialization and property management of Tiner Logistic Park in Wrocław region (20,000 sq m of warehouse and office space). Additionally, we manage a few smaller projects in Warsaw region.

The biggest transactions (between November 2014 and October 2015):	The biggest AXI IMMO transactions has included such big contracts as: 46,000 sq m for ID Logistics in Warsaw, 40,000 sq m for confidential client in Poland Central, 21,000 sq m for IT client in Wrocław, 17,000 sq m for Nowakowski Piekarnie in Silesia, 9,300 sq m for Colian Logistic in Wrocław and many others.

The team competes and wins with the international competitors. Industrial team has leased approx. 350,000 sq m of industrial space and has advised in acquistion of 90 ha of industrial land. Additionally, we’ve advised in investment transaction in Pomerania region; brokerage of 60,000 sq m portfolio belonging to 7R Logistic.
