Why your company should be considered for the award:	The firm achieved a success with the development of Enterprise Park 2 in Cracow, securing the lease of over 95% of space before the construction wrap-up. Factors responsible: the project’s cutting-edge design employing highest standards, environmental considerations (BREEAM certificate, "very good" rating), location, the firm's understanding of tenants’ needs. The project was a complex one to achieve, with elements such as sustainability, cost effectiveness, safety standards and users’ comfort to be balanced. The credit for the accomplishment goes to the firm’s project team whose members exploited knowledge and experience gained from the firm's previous projects and implemented them when developing Enterprise Park. The firm has launched the development of Enterprise Park phase 3.
