Their aim is to create modern facilities, fully adapted to the needs of modern consumers, with using of mobile technologies and elements of the omnichannel strategy. The current market value of the portfolio of 24 properties belonging to the Atrium, located in Poland, amounts to EUR 1.5 billion, which represents 54.7% income generating of the total portfolio of 82 real estate belonging to the Atrium, located in Central and Eastern Europe, of EUR 2.7 billion .
