 For over 20 years, the company has specialised in the construction of residential complexes, offices and retail-warehouse space located in Kraków, Katowice, Łódź, Wrocław and Warsaw.
Please say why your company should be considered for the award:: Atal is a dynamically operating and constantly growing Polish company. In recent years, it has completed a number of residential projects. So far, the developer has sold more than 2,900 flats (a total surface of almost 180,000 sqm) in major Polish cities. Furthermore, Atal is constantly launching new projects, such as the construction of four prestigious projects in Kraków: Nadwiślańska 11 Apartments, City Towers Czyżyny, Linde Park and New Żabiniec, which began in 2012. Additionally, the company has entered the Warsaw market, commencing the Atal Marina project. The company sales results increase every year. In the first three quarters of 2012, sales by unit grew by 31 pct in comparison to the same period in 2011. In the third quarter of 2012, the company reported a record 64 pct increase in sales.
