Brief description of the architectural studio:	Arcad Sp. z o.o. has been designing high quality public utility and residential buildings as well as industrial facilities since 1996. The company specialised in class ‘A’ office complexes.
Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view:	The design team was given strict requirements with regard to aesthetic, functional and technical solutions – not only because of the prestigious location of the project, in the vicinity of Wrocław’s historic centre, but also because of the awareness of being surrounded by classic examples of the modernist and expressionist architecture of the beginning of 20th century as well as excellent contemporary developments. The designers assumed that the project should, through its architectural expression, emphasise its function clearly, first of all by way of alluding to the classic conception of the late-modernist office machine. The desired effect was achieved through strong, disciplined spatial composition and high-quality, mathematical façade details as well as fine finishing materials. This city centre development, and the length of the façade resulting from it, was divided into three characteristic, light-grey cuboids, which have been ‘placed on’ a glass base.
