Short description of company :	Apsys is the global developer, investor, project manager, leasing agent and property manager operating on the Polish and French markets since 1996. Apsys is currently developing the Łacina shopping centre in Poznań.
Why company should be considered for the award.:	Apsys is currently developing Łacina – a 98,000 sqm gla shopping centre located in Poznań, one of the largest malls under construction and one of the largest retail projects in Poland and in Europe. It will be the only regional shopping centre in the Wielkopolska region and will house Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, a nine-screen Multikino, as well as 40 medium-sized units, about 215 boutiques and 40 restaurants and cafés. What distinguish Łacina from its competition are new, never before implemented, services and technologies that will change the nature of shopping. In Łacina, Apsys is also placing particular emphasis on ecology. The high standard of the building will be confirmed by a BREEAM certificate. With the opening scheduled for Q4 2014, Łacina is the subject of constant interest – two years before opening, over 65 pct of the gla is leased or secured. This has been a very important year for Apsys in terms of Łacina, as all the land required for project has been secured and the final building permit was obtained.
